I’ll jump in to fine-tune your vision, connect you with trusted pros, and offer guidance on design, logistics, and timing. I’ll also create a clear, customized timeline so nothing slips through the cracks. On the event day, I’ll be there to coordinate with your vendors and keep everything flowing smoothly, so you can focus on mingling, celebrating, and making memories. This package is the sweet spot between doing it all yourself and handing it all over — you get to stay hands-on while I keep things easy and joyful.

Event-Day Management

About four weeks before, I’ll step in to review your plans, confirm the details with your vendors, and put together a clear timeline. On the big day, I’ll handle setup, guide the flow, and smooth out any little hiccups so you don’t have to. From the first guest arriving to the very last toast, I’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything runs with ease — so you can laugh, celebrate, and be fully present in the moment you’ve worked so hard to create.
